- Exploring the concept of the personal "blind spot" and how avoidance reduces self-awareness.
- Identifying personal defense mechanisms that surface during stressful situations.
- Developing practical skills to manage hyperarousal by tapping into your own somatic self-awareness.
- Each session will allow you to apply what you’ve learned in real-world situations, helping you become more attuned to the subtle signals of the body and mind.
