Values +
Code Of Ethics
Updated July 2026
The Somatic Enneagram (SE) is based on the following principles and views:
1. We are created whole and our body is a self-corrective mechanism
2. There is nothing wrong with us; nothing needs to be fixed
3. We are mysteries to be explored and embraced, rather than problems to be solved
4. We study the underlying driving forces below the story of our personality type
5. Radical inclusion is the reconciliation of all the disparate parts of ourselves
6. The integration of the three centres is necessary for transformation
7. True transformation can only be witnessed: received knowing, feeling and sensing
8. We can embody a larger view of reality by understanding that a dualistic view is a part of a non-dualistic reality
9. The facilitation of a human development/growth process using the Somatic Enneagram method creates greater freedom of choice, resilience, sense of wholeness and can lead to the potential for received spiritual experience.
