The Inward Turn Retreat for Relationships is an intimate, facilitated experience designed to help you deepen self-awareness and relational connection through the Somatic Awareness Method. Guided by Marion Gilbert and Heather Brown, you’ll engage in grounded, body-centered practices that support transformation from the inside out.

This retreat invites you and a partner—romantic or otherwise—to explore how your Enneagram type structure shows up in relationship. Whether you attend with a significant other, family member, or close friend, you’ll learn to relax reactivity in real time and become more receptive to one another’s authentic presence.
